USERNAME for Blackboard uses the same format as your login for your RMC email:
First 4 letters of your LASTNAME +
First 1 letter of your FIRSTNAME +
Last 3 numbers of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

Your Password is:
FIRST letter of your FIRSTNAME +
FIRST letter of your LASTNAME +
Middle 2 numbers of your SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

Example:
For Bob Morris with Social Security Number 123-45-6789, his username is morrb789. with a password of bm45. This should be in lower case as the password is case sensitive.
